1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AI Automation Setup ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

We provide AI automation setup services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

• AI phone agent configuration and setup
• AI chat widget integration
• Online scheduling system setup
• Automated payment processing integration
• Customer relationship management (CRM) setup
• FAQ integration and automation
• Training and documentation
• 30 days of technical support

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Setup Fee

Our standard AI automation setup service is offered at a one-time fee of $497 (the "Setup Fee"). This fee is due at the time of purchase and is non-refundable except as provided in Section 8 (Money-Back Guarantee).

3.2 Third-Party Costs

The Setup Fee does not include ongoing costs associated with third-party services required for system operation, including but not limited to:

• Phone service fees (approximately $10-30/month)
• Payment processing fees (Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
• Calendar/CRM platform fees (if applicable)

You are responsible for all third-party service costs associated with operating your AI automation system.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Timeline

We aim to deliver your fully configured AI automation system within 72 hours (3 business days) from the date you complete the onboarding questionnaire. Complex setups may require additional time, which will be communicated to you in advance.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you must:

• Complete the onboarding questionnaire within 24 hours of purchase
• Provide accurate business information and requirements
• Grant necessary access to third-party platforms (calendar, payment processor, etc.)
• Respond to our communications within 48 hours

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays in service delivery.

5. Support and Maintenance

5.1 Included Support

Your Setup Fee includes 30 days of technical support starting from the date of system handover. During this period, we will provide assistance with troubleshooting, bug fixes, and system adjustments at no additional cost.

5.2 Post-Support Period

After the 30-day support period, your AI automation system will continue to function independently. Optional ongoing support and maintenance plans are available for an additional monthly fee.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the system
• Not resell or redistribute our services without written permission
• Pay all fees associated with third-party services required for system operation

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the AI automation system, including software, documentation, and training materials, remain the property of AI Automation Setup or its licensors. Upon payment of the Setup Fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system for your business purposes only.

8. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within 30 days of system delivery, you may request a full refund of the $497 Setup Fee. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Setup Fee ($497)
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party service failures, internet outages, or force majeure events
• We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or performance outcomes

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The services will meet your specific business requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The use of our services will result in increased revenue or business growth

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Automation Setup, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the AI automation system will be revoked.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
