We stand behind the quality of our AI automation setup services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of system delivery.

If your AI automation system doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we will refund your entire $497 setup fee. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 What's Covered

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of receiving your completed AI automation system
  • You are dissatisfied with the service quality or system performance
  • The system does not meet the specifications outlined during the onboarding process
  • We fail to deliver your system within the agreed-upon timeline (unless delays are caused by client-side issues)

2.2 What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Third-Party Service Costs: Fees associated with phone services, payment processing (Stripe), calendar platforms, or other third-party tools are not refundable
  • After 30 Days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after system delivery will not be honored
  • Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. The refund is either the full $497 setup fee or nothing
  • Optional Add-On Services: Monthly management plans or lead generation campaigns purchased separately are subject to their own refund terms
  • Client-Caused Delays: If you fail to provide required information or access within a reasonable timeframe, causing project delays

3. How to Request a Refund

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from approval
  • Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.)
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

5. What Happens After a Refund

If you receive a refund:

  • Your license to use the AI automation system will be revoked
  • We will deactivate your system and remove access to all associated tools
  • Any ongoing support will be discontinued
  • You are responsible for canceling any third-party services (phone service, payment processors, etc.)
  • We will delete your business data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and potential legal action to recover costs.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to your bank. This may result in your chargeback being denied. Please reach out to us first—we're happy to help resolve any concerns.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In rare cases, we may make exceptions to this refund policy:

  • Technical Failures: If we are unable to deliver a functional system due to technical limitations beyond our control
  • Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue our services before completing your setup
  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that prevent service delivery

These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
